Bourgogne Aligoté is a regional appellation composed of the second white grape variety used in Burgundy: Aligoté. Both plots are located in the village of Comblanchien, whose soil is limestone due to the presence of quarries. It is a very old vine giving a golden aligoté, magnificent and full of aromatics.
Our Aligoté is a natural wine, vinified in indigenous yeasts, without SO2 and aging in amphorae and barrels. Sulfur is set aside to preserve the raw state of the wine. This philosophy allows us to preserve the extreme purity of the fruit.
Temperature control in vinification offers a beautiful aromatic of pears and citrus fruits, as well as white flowers. The fruit is preserved in a very raw, pure way. Sulfur-free aligoté is a complex wine with beautiful drinkability and great freshness.
