The location of the “Vaucrain” is superb, near the “Clos de la Maréchale” (Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru), it is a very small plot of 0,11 ha offering a very confidential cuvée of up to 580 bottles. The terroir is typical of Comblanchien and its famous quarries, where the suffering vines produce high-quality clusters.

Our Vaucrain is a natural wine. Vinification is carried out in whole bunches with indigeneous yeasts. Sulfur is set aside to preserve the raw state of the wine. This philosophy allows us to preserve the purity of the fruit.
